Triple C Health is happy to announce that we have a part-time location at Waratah village. We will be providing all general practice services right in the heart of the waratah area for your convenience.

Dr Sita Dewamitta
General Practitioner
Dr Sita Dewamitta has over 7 years of experience being in General Practice at Tea Gardens for the last 5 years. She has completed MBBS(Hons), PhD at University of Kyoto Japan and currently a fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Her special interests include Skin Cancer and Procedural work, Mental Health, Women’s Health and Chronic Disease Management. Out of work her life revolves around her family with four kids, son and two daughters and Tango (her dog).
DR NIDHI PRASAD
General Practitioner
Dr Nidhi Prasad has 15 years of experience in various medical facilities overseas, in addition to years of experience in Ipswich Hospital, Queensland, giving her a diverse and comprehensive background. She has diligently pursued professional development, with her current focus on acheiving her fellowship with RACGP. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Andrew Wardley
Practice Nurse
Andrew, a senior registered nurse, played a pivotal role in establishing the Triple C Health Practice. His journey began after completing his Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Newcastle. With over a decade of experience in the Emergency Short Stay Unit at John Hunter Hospital, Andrew brings a wealth of expertise to his role. During his days off, he indulges in road trips and exploring new technology devices.

Mental Health
Preparation of Mental Health Plans access to psychotherapy, medications including prescription of clozapine in liaison with MHT
Chronic Disease Mangement
All chronic disease management plans for Diabetes, COPD, Asthma, Arthritis with Team Care arrangements
Women's/Men's Health
General Women’s Men’s health issues, contraception, pregnancy breast feeding, cervical screening services offered
Minor Procedures
Suturing of lacerations, wound care, skin cancer procedures including flap repair, implanon insertion/removal
Health Assessments
General Health checks and target groups with >75 year old/ATSI health checks with screening and immunizations offered
