About Us

Our Story & Values

At Triple C Health Family Practice, we believe healthcare is more important than appointments and prescriptions. It is a relationship built on the trust that we will walk alongside our community through every season of life.

Founded with a vision to strengthen access to quality primary healthcare in regional communities, Triple C Health Family Practice began on 16th March 2020 with a simple commitment, to provide competent and compassionate care to our community. What started as a local practice serving families in Karuah has grown to include additional sites in Bulahdelah and Waratah, expanding our reach while remaining grounded in the same values that shaped our beginnings.

We are passionate about primary healthcare because we see its impact every day. From supporting young families through childhood milestones, to guiding patients in managing chronic conditions, to walking with individuals through complex health challenges. We believe strong general practice forms the foundations of a healthier community.

Our team of doctors, nurses, and administration staff are committed to delivering high-quality care in a welcoming environment where every person is treated with dignity and respect. We value continuity of care and believe that lasting doctor/patient relationships lead to better health outcomes and stronger communities.

At Triple C Health Family Practice, we are here not only to treat, but to promote wellness, encourage prevention, and empower our patients to take an active role in their health journey.

Your health matters. Your story matters. And we are grateful to care for you and your family.
