Frequently Asked Questions
Does your practice offer bulk billing
Our Karuah and Buladelah Clinics are fully bulk billing practices. If you hold a valid Medicare card, you will not have to pay any out-of-pocket expenses for consultations.
Our Waratah Clinic is a mixed billing practise. If you hold a Medicare card, practice fees apply. Please refer to our billing policy for current fees.
Patients with a Medicare card who also hold pension, health care, seniors, or DVA cards will be bulk billed for the first 10 minutes of their consultations in Waratah. If the consultation extends beyond 10 minutes, common practise fees will apply.

Yes, we do accept walk-in patients; however, availability depends on the day and how busy the clinic is. We recommend calling ahead where possible to check availability or to book an appointment.
